Paul La Monica, Owner
With over a decade of experience in the windows and doors industry and a business degree from Ryerson, Paul created the Paul Russell Design Studio with the hopes of enhancing the home buying and living experience. Paul makes it his mission to find the best products available in the marketplace today, ensuring that all products come with leading industry warranties and full installation services. And by offering superior service and expert craftsmanship, he is able to deliver on his promise daily.
Paul pays special attention to customers' ideas and concerns, addressing all obstacles and provides solutions.
Joe Vecchiarelli, Operations Manager
With a diploma in Business Management from Humber College, over seven years of experience in the windows and doors industry and ten years in customer service management, Joe was selected by Paul to manage the operations of the company.
Joe’s previous field and warranty experience (on both client and supplier sides) has provided valuable insight and practices to take the company to the next level.
As the operations manager, he is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, formulating policies, and managing the day to day operations of the business.
Helen Ketsaris, Project Manager
With an advanced diploma of honors and over five years of experience in the windows and doors industry, Helen was selected by Paul to aid in the management of daily operations. Her previous experience (on both client and supplier sides) has provided her with extensive product training and knowledge that has proven to be an integral asset to the Paul Russell team.
As project manager, Helen is in charge of overseeing the planning, implementing and tracking of all short and long term projects.
Melissa Cruz, Associate
With a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and over 20 years of customer service experience (including business ownership, home staging and custom design work), Melissa brings an array of expertise to the Paul Russell Team. Her focus is on creating a positive client experience with attention to detail and helping you create your vision. Figuring out what windows and doors will work in any space is a big decision and Melissa will help deliver on all of your expectations.
Carol Ann Horvat, Window Treatment Specialist
Carol Ann is the Designer/Owner of Gotcha Covered and specializes in designing custom window treatments to suit a range of styles and budgets. After working with Paul for many years, it felt like the perfect fit for Carol Ann to join the Paul Russell team.
